. 200 g whole almonds
. 25 g psyllium husks (5 Tbsp)*
. 2 tsp baking powder
. 1 tsp fine sea salt
. 3 egg whites
. 2.5 Tbsp cider vinegar
. 250 g boiling water

Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with a baking sheet or baking paper.
Place almonds and psyllium husks in TM bowl and grind for 10 seconds / speed 9.
Add baking powder and salt and Turbo/ 1 sec / 3 times.
Add egg whites and vinegar and knead for 20 seconds.
Add boiling water and knead immediately for 1 minute.
Dough will be very sticky but workable with a spatula.
Form into 5 medium ovals and place on baking tray.
Bake for 50 minutes until risen and browned.
Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
